Deputy U.S. Marshal charged with using cops' cell tracking tool to target 'personal relationships'

Federal prosecutors revealed charges Tuesday against a deputy U.S. Marshal for allegedly using the government’s real-time cell phone tracking tool on people with whom he had a “personal relationship” and also their spouses.
