Finland’s finance ministry cuts growth forecasts for 2022, 2023

HELSINKI (Reuters) -Finland’s finance ministry has cut its forecasts for gross domestic product growth this year and next, it said on Friday, citing economic woes and high inflation caused by war in Ukraine. The ministry now sees growth at 1.4% in 2022 and at 1.1% in 2023, down from April forecasts of 1.5% and 1.7%, respectively.
