FRANKFURT (Reuters) – Michael Sen, a former management board member of Siemens and finance chief of E.ON, will become the new chief executive of Fresenius SE on Oct. 1, the company said on Friday. Sen, 53, will succeed Stephan Sturm, who will leave the company on Sept. 30 after just over six years at the helm, the company said. Sen has been responsible for the Fresenius Kabi segment on Fresenius’ management board since April 2021 and will continue as the unit’s CEO until a successor has been appointed.
