The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced on Twitter July 5 that it has stayed the marketing denial order that had banned Juul e-cigarettes from being sold in the United States. The agency banned Juul products from the market on June 23, deeming them unsafe. However, the company took the matter to the courts, where an appeals court judge stayed the order.
