After vaccination burnout, Delta variant spurs countries to speed up shots

Israel’s rate of vaccinations has seen a sharp pickup. The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and Spain are all vaccinating at their fastest speed to date.
