Berlin police counts 93 injured officers after pro-Palestinian rally

Berlin’s police on Sunday reported 93 injured officers after a pro-Palestinian rally that took place in the capital’s Neukoelln neighbourhood the previous day. A total of 59 people were arrested for aggravated breach of the peace, serious assault, assault on law enforcement officers and freeing prisoners among other things during the demonstration on Saturday, according to the police. Charges had been filed against another 150 people, the Berlin police said in a statement.
