For every skyscraper that adds itself to one of the world’s most famous skylines, it appears there must be a viewing platform. For New York City tourists with 30 or more dollars to spare, this is good news and come autumn, visitors will be able to take in Manhattan’s famous skyline from the Summit, only the latest in the city’s ever-growing number of observation decks.
