German musician has laid two charges in hotel anti-Semitism incident

German musician Gil Ofarim laid two charges against a member of staff at a Leipzig hotel in relation to an incident of alleged anti-Semitism last week – one more than had previously been reported – prosecutors in the eastern city said on Friday. One charge relates to a demand that the musician, who describes himself as a secular Jew, should remove a Star of David pendant that he was wearing around his neck and the second to casting false suspicion.
