Germany are bonding ahead of their Euro 2020 opener by playing a bizarre game where the loser’s ear gets flicked by team-mates. Joachim Loew’s side entertain world champions France in Munich on Tuesday and confidence is high after a 7-1 thrashing of Latvia in their final warm-up.
