Germany’s Buchmann reconsiders and will race Tour de France

Germany’s top cyclist Emanuel Buchmann will take part in the Tour de France after all, his Bora-hansgrohe team said Thursday. “I feel fit, yet whether I can be in top shape for the Tour still remains to be seen,” the 28-year-old Buchmann said on the team website. Buchmann will not act as captain in the June 26-July 18 cycling classic but instead support Wilco Kelderman.
