Harris discusses migrant surge with Mexico president

Mexico City (AFP) – US Vice President Kamala Harris held talks with Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador Tuesday during a visit to the region aimed at tackling the “root causes” of a surge in migrant arrivals.
