It can hit you after a simple trip to the supermarket or hoovering your flat: utter fatigue. Daily tasks you once breezed through may now be slogs into massive headwinds if you suffer from long Covid, the term for the physical and/or mental symptoms that persist for more than four weeks after diagnosis with Covid-19.
