NATO chief wants transparency in Danish-US wiretapping scandal

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg called for an investigation into a Danish-US spying scandal on Wednesday, after a report that Danish authorities helped the US National Security Agency (NSA) wiretap senior European politicians and fellow members of NATO. “The nations involved in the case are NATO allies and must put all the facts on the table and find out what actually happened,” Jens Stoltenberg told Danish public radio broadcaster DR.
