Opel parent Stellantis working with Foxconn on digital cockpits

At a time when the on-board electronics in a car matter more than horsepower to many buyers, the automotive giant behind Opel, Peugeot and other marques says it’s getting help from electronics manufacturer Foxconn to bring a new generation of tech into its cars. The cockpits of all Stellantis brands, from Vauxhall to Maserati, will in future come from a joint venture with the Taiwanese company, Stellantis announced on Tuesday.
