Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki criticized Germany’s outgoing Chancellor Angela Merkel for talking with Belarusian ruler Alexander Lukashenko, amid a growing migrant crisis on Europe’s border that many say has been orchestrated by Minsk.
