WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A lead Republican negotiator on an infrastructure deal on Sunday welcomed President Joe Biden’s withdrawal of his threat to veto a $1.2 trillion bipartisan bill unless a separate Democratic spending plan also passes Congress.
