Gaming might seem like a pastime for millennials, but researchers are increasingly hoping that seniors will benefit from spending more time at consoles. That’s because roughly a third of people aged 65 and older suffer injuries from falls at least once per year. Those who stay active with exercize games, however, can reduce this risk by training their physical strength while staying mentally and verbally fit at games designed for seniors.
