SpaceX’s Halloween launch to ISS delayed due to bad weather

A crewed SpaceX mission to the International Space Station (ISS) has been postponed from Sunday to Wednesday due to bad weather at the launch site in Cape Canaveral, Florida. The mission is getting attention in Germany, the home of crew member Matthias Maurer. The 51-year-old native of the small western state of Saarland is set to be the first German in space in three years. Maurer would be the 12th German astronaut in space – and the fourth German on the ISS.
