Three children, two adults found dead in home outside Berlin

Police found five people dead in their home south of Berlin on Saturday, according to authorities. The dead were two adults, both aged 40, and three children aged 4, 8 and 10, police and prosecutors said in a joint statement. The bodies, which were discovered in a detached home in the town of Koenigs Wusterhausen, had gunshot and stab wounds, Senior Public Prosecutor Gernot Bantleon told dpa.
