U.S. Senate’s Schumer says setting up procedural vote on bipartisan infrastructure bill for Wednesday

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. Senate Majority leader Chuck Schumer announced Thursday he would set up a first procedural floor vote on a $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill for next Wednesday. He also said he wanted Democrats to agree by that day to move forward on a larger, $3.5 trillion budget blueprint. (Reporting by Susan Cornwell)
