Zverev confirms boycott: ‘I want to win the real Davis Cup’

Germany’s Alexander Zverev has confirmed he will not participate in the Davis Cup final tournament this year. “The format has to be changed and I’m sticking to that. I am someone who keeps his word. I want to win the Davis Cup, but I want to win the real Davis Cup,” the 24-year-old told a press conference on Saturday before the start of the ATP tournament in Vienna.
