Wall Street advances, Treasury yields dip as U.S. votes

By Stephen Culp NEW YORK (Reuters) -U.S. stocks advanced on Tuesday, gaining momentum in morning trading while Treasury yields took a pause as Americans went to the polls and market participants bided their time to determine whether Capitol Hill is in for a power shift.
